Dear Rob, thank you for your friendship and kindness over the years. I will always be grateful for the Park Runs we shared, your encouragement and support in helping me become a better runner.
I will also cherish the fond memories of our "eat as much as you can" Moules Frites meals at the French restaurant in South Croydon, as well as the curry meals with the Men's group, those moments were good laughs and joy.
Rest in peace, my dear friend, you will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
